I took the oportunity to advise bill and hilary, on some to the do-able portions of their Plan, and requested they move in a step at a time process, so as to accomplish health improvement immediately and that individual areas could not be defeated or twarted!

One of the suggestions I made was , Povide the Surgeon General with a Nationwide Computer System that would link every medical provideder to the National Data Bank, and , require every diagnois be submitted documented as to the symptions noted, and in return the Surgeon General would send back the latest information on National Incedence, and A list of other possible causes for the medical problem.

The benefits to national health would have been enormous! Plus, Epidemics would be discovered at a much faster rate!

bill and hilary choose 'glory' and failed instead! And Our Nation can only dream about better health, and worry about terrorism.
